How do I request a food comp or hotel room?
All comps are based on play. Any host can assist you with on-site food comps and hotel rooms.
Simply call the on-duty host, stop by any Players Club and ask them to give us a call, or see a host in the VIP Lounge at our Main-Airport or W. Mason location.
How do I request a gas card/gift card?
All comps are based on play and you will be contacted by your executive host when you have a gas card or gift card available. Stop at the Main-Airport or W. Mason VIP Lounge to ask a host to update your account with your preferred interests to ensure we are comping you with your requests.
How is my free play determined?
Your monthly free play offer(s) is (are) based on your play from the previous three-month average.
For example: your August free play offer(s) is (are) determined by your April, May, and June play.
What is the Gold drink benefit?
Each day, four drink awards are loaded onto your Gold card. After the four complimentary drinks are redeemed, you will receive a 50% drink discount for the remainder of the day. Drinks can be redeemed 11am–2am, daily.
I have a food comp on my card. How long does it stay on my card?
A food comp stays on your card for seven days up to the hour it was issued on your card.
If you are unsure if the food comp is still on your card, contact a host and we can check your account If needed, we can put it back on your card.
How do I qualify for Gold?
Our qualifying terms are six months, April 1–September 30 and October 1–March 31. Earn 25,000 base points during the qualifying terms and you will earn Gold status. If you earn the 25,000 base points in the middle of a term or month, you will be moved to Gold status at the beginning of the following month.
Where do I find a host?
Hosts can be found at our Main-Airport, W. Mason, and IMAC locations, or in the VIP Lounge located at both our Main-Airport and W. Mason locations. If you are unable to locate a host, please see any casino employee who can put us in touch with you.
Can I make a request for a specific host?
Yes. Please fill out a customer feedback form with your request, and the Player Development Supervisor will be in contact with you. Please be aware requests do not guarantee new host assignment.
How do I know where I am in my tier status?
Base points earned can be found within the monthly loyalty mail piece as well as on the iView screens on our slot machines.
